How to Use
First of all, download the program from the Google Play Store. You need to set up a phone or tablet as the device to run on.
Then choose the program you want to run.
After that, press Start to begin your first interval. You need to complete the chosen interval and then press Start again to begin the next interval. Keep doing that and after a short time you will be very tired. You need to rest for a few seconds.
